Where is Totemstyle based?

Totemstyle is proudly based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are a Canadian-owned and operated online clothing store.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across Canada—no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 4–7 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5–10 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@totemstyle.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • If the wrong item was ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If the mistake is ours, we’ll cover the return shipping.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
